Sheet music by Christoph Weinhart

Christoph Weinhart studied piano with Edith Thauer, composition with Bertold Hummel, electronic music with Klaus Hashagen in Würzburg and the organ with Gaston Litaize in Paris. Since 1983 he has been a lecturer at the Conservatory of Music in Würzburg and since 1998 also at the Bayerische Theaterakademie in Munich. He has given concerts internationally as a pianist and conductor. His compositions include several operas (“Der Kaiser, die Nachtigall and der Tod”, “Der Trommler”, “Die Welt ist rund”, “Das verräterische Herz”), orchestral works (“Exposition”, “Sinfonietta”), chamber music and electronic music (“Auf der Suche nach der verlorenen Stimme”).
