Belvedere

Klaus-Peter Bruchmann composed "Belvedere" for intermediate concert band.

The first part is carefree and full of happiness. The melody is surrounded by cheerful interjections. In the second part a lovely solo in the English horn sounds (which can be taken over alternatively by the 1st alto saxophone or the 1st flugelhorn). This emotional melody alternates between solo instrument and orchestra. The third part then leads back to the light-hearted theme of the first part and with this liveliness and joy the picturesque piece ends.
