An amusing play on words, this Arab-esque sound brings to mind exotic places with magic carpets, snake charmers, and genies in bottles. Staying primarily in a G minor five-finger hand position, this solo provides a great chance for early intermediate pianists to really focus on the challenge of mixed articulations.
