Blaze The Trail

Inspired by one of Ohio’s first women band directors, this spirited work will provide an opportunity to showcase all sections of your advancing concert band. Bold brass fanfares introduce a regal, uplifting melody that is followed by a beautifully expressive middle section alluding to the tune "Amazing Grace," and a powerful ending. Musicians and audiences alike will enjoy this work as a strong concert opener or a fitting finale to any performance.
