Take Sides

Take Sides is dedicated to Daniel März and Quartett Rheinsaiten

The pieces are written for four concert guitars all having three (upper) nylon strings and the lower three round-wound. All players will need a normal shoe-brush and a small, very soft brush suitable for playing an ethereal tremolo, a bottle-neck or something similar, also two plectra, one made with paper.

Take Sides was first performed by Quartett Rheinsaiten on 16th February 2020 in the Museum for Art and Cultural History, Dortmund.
