Fragmente II

Hosokawa composed this ten-minute, one-movement piece for the chamber music festival in Kuhmo (Finland). The players need to be familiar with modern playing techniques. If this requirement of modern playing techniques is closely observed, a colourful and varied world of sounds will emerge with a rapid succession of musical events.
