Grenzenlos

"Grenzenlos" (Limitless) is more than just a melody - Peter Leitner's new polka is also an expression of limitless passion and devotion to music. With "Grenzenlos" Peter Leitner succeeds in the impressive fusion of traditional sounds and innovative elements. At the beginning and at the end the composer presents sensitive traditional alpine melodies, the so-called "Weisen". In between, you can hear a modern, upbeat polka melody with syncopations.

“Walter Grechenig and his Fegerländer” are a young wind orchestra big band from Carinthia, Austria. Under the motto “The brass music hit”, the 13 musicians combine top-level traditional band music with modern big band hit music.
