Life and Peace is voor een jeugd-orkest. In dit stuk laat de componist zien hoe dagelijks leven van een gelukkig kind behoort te zijn, levend in een vredige omgeving. Het leven van kinderen zou altijd vrolijk moeten zijn met momenten van opwinding máár ook rust en vrede. In dit werk gebruikt men oefeningen in de toonsoort Bes-Majeur die wordt getransponeerd in het Coda. Het werk werd met eervolle vermelding geëerd tijdens "Composition Competition Municipality of Lousada for Children's Band".
