Castle In The Mist

A programmatic work for alto flute (or C flute or bass flute) and piano. Reminiscent of the Renaissance period, this work can also be performed using a different flute for each movement---including piccolo! A creative way to show off the flute family. Consists of three movements: The Journey Home, Peace in the Kingdom, Danse and Celebration. Transposed part is included. 2008 NFA Newly Published Music Competition Finalist
