Two Sacred Choruses op. 115

Two beautiful Choruses by transcribed by Seattle Symphony Trumpeter, Geoffrey Bergler. The music is of intermediate level and has great sonorous qualities, wonderful for the middle of a Brass Ensemble concert. The first movement, Beati Mortui is slow and sustained and the second movement, Periti Autem is an Allegro movement in a more declamatory style.

Instrumentation is for 3 Trumpets in B-flat, 2 Horns, 3 Trombones and Tuba.
