For Communion, Stan Pethel and Herb Frombach have written a gorgeous setting that is both rich in text and memorable in tune. A simple piano accompaniment is paired with vocal parts that are easily learned. The poignant words reflect the essence of the Lord's Supper, "As he serves us at his table, we each become a servant too. In the bread, in the wine, Christ comes to us.
