Der fränkische Komponist und Arrangeur Klaus Rambacher ist sich durchaus bewusst, dass Fieber ansteckend ist, und so wählte er diesen Titel mit Bedacht. Besonders gefordert sind die Holzbläser, deren "spitze Zunge" gefragt ist.

Ungewöhnlich, aber besonders effektvoll, ist auch der zweimalige Tonartwechsel im Trio. Egal, ob gemütlich oder in feurigem Tempo eingezählt - das Publikum und die Musikanten sind beim Hören und Spielen ganz sicher "Im Polkafieber".
