Sinfonietta

Sinfonietta is an early orchestral work composed by one of the most celebrated Ukrainian composers in contemporary music, Yevhen Stankovych (b. September 1942, Svalyava).

From the biographical notes: "While his technique is contemporary and evinces a wide-ranging familiarity with Western compositional developments, Stankovych also has a flair for incorporating folkloric elements into his style." Performance material available from the Rental Library.
