On the contrary, more and more new festivals, events and competitions for flexible wind ensembles are being organised, where thousands of wind music lovers young and old meet and celebrate!
There are a great variety of styles and instrumentations available for traditional brass band. For example, Bohemian Music for Traditional Brass Band, with Ernst Mosch and his Egerländer Musicians as the best-known role models. Moravian wind music, such as the works of Miloslav Procházka and Zdeněk Gurský, can be compared to Bohemian music, but are usually played a little faster and tend to be a little more virtuosic.
