Concerto 1 (La Tempesta Di Mare) Op.X No.1

This arrangement of Vivaldi's Concerto No.1"la tempesta di mare" is a welcomed addition to the Flute Choir repertoire and will give your first chair soloist or guest soloist an opportunity to perform one of Vivaldi's great flute concertos to audiences of all ages and backgrounds. A very listenable composition to program for either formal concerts or young people's concerts such as John Wummer performed with Leonard Berstein and the New Your Philharmonic Orchestra. It is scored for SOLO flute, 4 addtional C flutes, alto, bass and optional harpsichord.
